It is a foundational layer that can be returned to as you notice yourself returning to that part of the spiral once again, serving as a grounding blueprint to interact with, your co-creation & tweaking required for utmost reaping of rewards; all so you can flourish when this familiar sequence returns; there is a higher mindset, emotional sensitivity, wisdom, & grace that allows you to maneuver life with fluidity & ease.

These products are much less spiritual as they are the human experience. They are what spirituality has kept alive, but it is not to be separated from the human experience. Before diving into the work that awaits you in the guide, it's best to pour yourself a cup of tea, slowly sipping & noticing the energetics it brings to you. How does it feel within your body? Does anything arise to the surface as it circulates through your being? What archertypes does it remind you of? What are some words you can relate it to? Just sitting with it can aid you in forming that connecting & getting in the right headspace. 

If you're feeling resistance, it is important to allow yourself to sit with those energies, no matter how they may feel to you. My recommendation is to launch head first into it, observing it, picking it apart, & finding it's root. What makes it? What is it's reasoning for manifesting in this way? This exercise is to be done with your own boundaries in mind, but do not use them as an excuse to not work through something because it is uncomfortable. Proceed with caution, but rememeber, something magical can blossom from the resistance if only you allow a shift in perspective to occur. If it doesnt come for you now, that's okay, but don't complete banish it from being resolved. Be formless, unattached, & allow things to move through you. 

First, what is spiritual bypassing? when someone uses spiritual ideas, practices, or beliefs to avoid facing uncomfortable truths, emotional wounds, trauma, shadow aspects, or real-world responsibilities. When you reach a certain threshold, do not believe you are above the processes, or that you've figured it all out. Or else what would life have to offer? Recognize that this is a defense mechanism that you are asserting & that you must work through the cyclical processes to continue growing! Genuine transformation does not have a fixed progress bar where you can see how much XP you need to level up, sadly, You have to take the time to notice your progress. You have to make the deduction if you are gaining something from your efforts. 

To stay grounded during a time of unearthing, You MUST have trust in the process & remind yourself that you are safe, & you have control.Including all the senses is a great way to allow yourself to embody your transformation in an earthen way. Sit with nature, meditate, talk to yourself, love yourself. Anything that works for you, works for you, but you cannot know unless you try it yourself.

If you arent resonating with it, examine it further to ensure it isn't an egoic avoidance. If there is no resonance, flip it upside down & then examine it. If there's discomfort, that's a different problem that needs to be sat with. If nothing works, make it your soil & plant a new seed into it.
