Return/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept exchanges once an item has left our shop. An item can only be returned unopened & must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. If the product comes to you broken or defective in some way, we will need proof via email & we will send you a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can occur UNTIL the order is marked as "processing" or "shipped". Request cancellation through the website form. If cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to your previous payment type. There are limited exceptions to this rule depending on the situation.
